It seems like every time I ask people that I run into that lost weight, and kept it off over the years “What’s the fastest way to burn fat?” I get the same answer.  Good old fashion exercise, and diet.  There is no magic wand to wave to do it for you.  If you want it then you have to work at it, and how no matter how much you want to quit, then don’t because it will pay off.  So I asked my good buddy who is also trying to lose weight, and keep it off if she wanted to look in to joining a gym with me.  This is because it helps to have someone motivating you, and helping keep you going with their support.

    I have said the same things many times. Additional thought: Drinking lots of water helps.
