When I first started on my weight loss journey I knew that it was going to be a hard thing to do.  I wanted to find the best weight loss supplements to help me with my battle.  I didn’t have a clue what I needed so I joined a diet class to learn what I could do to lose weight, and keep it off.

Aside from regular exercise, and eating the appropriate foods I found out that protein is also helpful in weight loss.  So I’ve been using a protein supplement along with eating right, and exercising, and it’s really helped me loss a serious amount of weight.  A few years ago my doctor wanted me to get the “Surgery”, and I declined.  I don’t want to have to worry the rest of my life about what I eat, and if it will have side effects on me.

But as far as keeping it off it’s going to take a lot of discipline, and dedication.  I keep telling myself that it’s O.K. if I mess up once, and a while, and I just remind myself how far I’ve come so far.
