We recently got our camper back from the RV dealership after they made a repair to the floor. Hubby made a laundry list of things to do on the camper when it came home, and he has yet to get started on them. Not starting the repairs has been because we have been working hard at getting ready for our cruise, and also finishing up our groups cruise shirts.
When he does start the repairs they will go pretty fast, but I also want him to be careful. I don’t need him getting hurt. One of the things we found was that due to age the slider guide has shifted just slightly causing one side of the slider to be lower than the other. The other thing that we noticed was that the steps were very loose, and actually never reinstalled correctly by the last owners. I told hubby to take the neighbor to buy welding jackets, and between hubby and the neighbor they would be done with the steps in no time.
We are hoping to return to the campground, but also didn’t like some of the things that went on at the campground this Spring. In the end it is great to have our portable vacation home back where it belongs.
