Two days ago my good friend came over and we must have talked for what seemed like days. You see lately we have not seen one another much because of money problems so work has been a priority. She had to get a second job but she was telling me that she was not talking to some of her family members because they had a falling out about something. This means she will be around more this summer. You see all of her family, and her go to the Carolina’s where they stay in their Outer Banks vacation rentals most of the summer, and now this means she’s not going with them this summer. So this got us talking about all of us going on a vacation there, and how I wouldn’t mind not going on a Disney vacation just once. For some reason hubby won’t go for it, as he wants to only do Disney vacations. I beginning to think that he must think that if he does anything other than Disney that Mickey Mouse will find out about it, and hunt us down for not going on a Disney vacation, and be mad at us.
Have you ever gone on a vacation with a friend, and if so are you still friends? I ask this because not everyone likes to do the same things. I’ve had my share of Disney vacations with family, and it was a little rocky .

No, I have never gone on vacation with friends nor would I want to. Family always comes first.

I would hazard against going away with most family. Usually nobody can relax enough to be around them enough.
