A few weeks ago I agreed to hubby getting a truck. His other truck was just not as economical as we would have liked. That truck was well decked out, and this has caused some issues between hubby and I. You see hubby likes to have all the toys in his truck. The old truck had a alarm, and remote starter. This one doesn’t have them, but I told him to use the alarm system he has in a box in the basement. The new truck doesn’t have power windows. Well, I am not feeling sorry for him because in some respects I would rather have manual windows the way rain always hits the controls for the windows, and door locks. He is now asking for a tonneau cover for the truck so that his tools don’t get soaked. This is one thing that I may have to allow him to search for on an aftermarket truck accessories website. He was at least smart enough to save some money getting the tow hitch and lighting kit for our camper on his own rather than having someone else do it. He is very skilled, but doesn’t know when to stop.
I sometimes think that he likes to spend more than me. I know this can’t be true because he hates shopping. What is it with men?
