This summer my little one joined a “summer” school library program. The teachers that work at the school during the school year ran it. She had so much fun. I liked it because it was not only free, but got her to read a lot more this summer. It was the end of the program, and the teacher asked if she could borrow the kids to check that her classroom chairs were the right height for the kids that will be in her class this year. It’s funny that it seemed that the teachers were more upset than the kids when I said that soon they’d be back in school teaching again.
Has your child ever wanted to go back to school for something even though they were out for vacation, or summer?

OH yes with having 4 now and 2 that are in school I can’t tell you how many times my son and dd wanted to go back when they left stuff. Assured them if tomorrow when the school was open we’d head back in the am if it was gone we’d be a new one. nine times out of ten they forgot about what they left

I have taken both of my children back to school so many times
for books and forgotten homework!
