Dieting is something I’ve been doing what seems like most of my life. So you could say I found out at a young age that diet pills don’t always work. Some of them do more harm than good to your body. Now I do know the right way to lose weight, and that is to eat right, and exercise but I also know that sometimes I need a little help with energy. I find myself wondering if a herbal diet supplement would be ok to take. Kind of like the kind that is advertised as saying that they are all natural. I just get so lost in the whole thought that if it’s natural, then it must be good for you concept because I also know that just because it’s natural doesn’t mean that it’s good for you. What good is being thin if you’re sick, or even worse… dead? This is something that I even tried talking with my doctor about. All he says is that eating right, and exercise is key to everything. I don’t think he understands that for some of us it’s easier said then done.

Herbal diets are nothing but bogus!
You don’t know what that stuff can do to your body.
It’s not worth the risk!

Personally I don’t trust herbal supplements. They are so expensive and I think these companies are just taking advantage of people looking for the right answer. That said, I am considering getting some kind of supplement like Greens+ to boost energy and I think it’s just good for you, possibly get metabolism increased and enery levels up! Good luck
