I was tallking to someone the other day about ways to help lose weight. This person said that if I was to wear tighter clothing when I exercise that it would help a bit. They said that wearing things like jobst compression stockings would help with water retaining issues. I never believed any of this stuff because it just doesn’t sound like a realistic way to help.
Are these true wives tales, or are they true tricks that I have never heard of?

Joba\st helps blood circulation and hinders pooling–hence less swelling (water).
