As I lose weight I realize that the more I lose, the flabbier my arms, and other parts of my body get. Now when I watch the show The Biggest Loser I notice when they lose all the weight that they don’t look as flabby. Hubby said it’s because they work out all the time, and I notice that they use very heavy looking weights like kettlebells. Maybe that’s what I should do.
How many have had the same problem? How do you tighten up your flabby areas?
