We have friends that moved to Pennsylvania to rent an apartment because it was cheaper than renting in New Jersey at the time. Matt has been looking to move back to Jersey again because he wants to buy a house here by his friends, and he also found a job here as well.
I was talking to him, and he said that his wife, Jackie, was actually looking at property in N.C. Then I asked why so far away. He told me about some of the prices on a few of the Outer Banks foreclosures, and how it could make it worth moving there to get a house.
I have seen the housing industry take a bullet irregardless of location. The economy has hurt almost everyone. With this I wished them lots of luck and said no matter where you move we will always keep in touch.
