As more and more Americans become overweight they come up with more diet plans, and miracle diet pills that they want to follow, and use.  They even find some celebrities to endorse their product, and show how well it works.  Some examples of this is the Jillian Michaels diet pills.  I will say that I did look into this because she is well known for her knowledge in weight loss.  The problem with this was that I found some people saying that they lost nothing, and others saying that they found that the products are a bit pricey.  The other celebrity endorsement that caught my eye was about two years ago when I saw Kirstie Alley’s in the Jenny Craig commercials, and how well it worked for her.  She also went on to tell how much weight she had lost.  Does Jenny Craig work?

I’ve talked to a few people who used it in the past, and they said they lost weight, but when they stopped using the food they would put the weight back on.  This was because the one thing it didn’t do was teach them the right way to eat.  Things like what foods they should stay away from to help maintain their weight loss after they got to the weight they wanted to be at.  The one thing that I seem to hear from lots of people that I talk to about weight loss is how hard it is to keep it off after you loss it.  Maybe the only good way to lose weight is by learning how to eat right and exercise.  What are your thoughts about this?
