I have been dieting for quite some time, and have had routine appointments with my doctor. This was because the doctor was concerned with my weight, and what it was doing to me. He termed me with type 2 diabetes. This was because of a lot of factors. I looked into any medication that would help me with the diabetes, and found very few medications available. One of the only things that was available was glucomannan. The doctor suggested I wait on taking anything, and just try to keep up with my dieting ritual.
Recently he went over some different tests that he had run, and informed me that I had changed a lot of factors, and that might change my needs for the medicine that was originally prescribed. Now the doctor has totally pulled me from medicine, and told me to keep up with my routine of walking, and watching what I eat.
I am very relieved at this point.

I’m glad you are trying to resolve issues on your own instead of
relying on medication to control the problems.
So many people rely on the easier way. Kudos!!

Good luck trying to control it with diet and exercise. It isn’t easy but will be worth it. Keep up the good work
