The one thing that I’ve noticed since I lost a lot of the weight that I needed to lose is that over the past few years how I still feel like I’m really big. When I told this to one of my friends, who is a little heavier than me, she told me that it’s not that I’m big, but how I carry my weight. I also thought what does she mean by that. She says, and I quote, in her case she is fat all over, and that’s why she looks thinner, where I’m all belly, and look heavier. Even though I diet, walk and do a little cardio I do need to fit in a good ab workout to help me get rid of the rest of the belly fat. The only reason that I believe anything she says is because she reads a lot of those diet books, and has been losing weight too. She also has given me good advice before. Who knows maybe she’s onto something. I guess the only way to find out is by trying it, even if it’s the one thing I so hate much.

Calorie shifting seems to be the easiest plan for me to lose pounds. I don’t plateau when I use some form of calorie cycling. This is as quick as it gets for me to lose weight.

Any kind of diet plan requires dedication and self-control. The thing I like about the Every Other Day Meal plan is the reward meal you have once every other day. Still you must use perseverence. If you think any weight loss diet will just be an esay piece of cake you will always fail. By the way another thing I like about the Every Other Day Eating regimen is that I can use it for life time maintanace. I also believe that a person must find a diet program that fits them no matter what the diet plan is.

Controversy. All of these weight loss programs that individuals are pitching on these late night informercials. The question that I have is why is it on late night. That makes me wave a red flag.
