For some reason when I go for a walk in the morning I feel like I have more energy for the day then if I just worked out. I’ve been having such a hard time with all this snow that we’ve been getting so I can’t go for my walks. All I want to do is lie around, and hibernate like a bear in the winter. I’ve been trying hard to stay on track with my diet. It’s times like this that I wish I could find a diet pill that works, or maybe even Mother Nature would at least play nice while I’m dieting.
What do you do to beat the winter blues?
