I recently tried out the Dentek Custom Comfort Nightguard. From start to finish the whole preparation process took just minutes. All you have to do is heat up the water, soak the guard in the water, cool it off, and then fit it in your mouth, and let it set for 2 minutes.
I wasn’t pleased with the initial feeling of the nightguards, but I think I can get used to them.
If you need a dental mouth guard, then I would definitelly suggest these.
