In our house soups are quick, and easy to make.  Hubby and the little one are very picky about what they eat, and Progresso soups have always been one of their favorites.  Being that I am more strict about dieting than my hubby or little one I decided to make them some soup and see if they noticed that it was “Light.”  They had the soup, and didn’t notice any difference at all.  I ended up telling hubby that he had actually eaten a “Light” soup, and he said that it was very good.  The soups are also marked with a Weight Watchers point number for easier tracking of “Points.”  We will definitelly recommend these soups to anyone that already eats soup, and wants to eat a bit healthier.

By the way… Be sure to check out the Progresso soup commercials.  I am sure that you have seen at least one of them by now.  My hubby says that his favorite is the “Flirt” one.  I have seen many of them, and find all of them very amusing.

Now I’m not a big Chinese fortune cookie person because the ones I get with my takeout taste like cardboard.  When I opened this one I gave hubby, and the little one some to try out to see what they thought.  I guess they liked it a lot because I only got to try some of it.  It lasted only three days until it was gone, and they still wanted more.  All this even though I would have loved to have more myself because I do have to watch my diet, so they did me a favor by eating it all.  If I was to have eaten all of this cookie I might have needed some slimming pills.
